Parker Amar

As a Project Manager for Gulf States Construction Services, Parker prepares budgets, project schedules and oversees all phases of the building process.  He makes sure all projects are completed on schedule and within the scope and budget. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. He brings to Gulf States Construction Services extensive multifamily construction experience acquired over several years in Florida and Alabama, where he contributed to projects totaling over $120 million in costs. He has experience developing and implementing the full project schedule, from pre-construction and permitting to final turnover to the owner. Hailing from Hammond, Louisiana, Parker remains rooted in his community, embodying a fervent commitment to serving South Louisiana. He eagerly extends his support to various divisions within Gulf States Companies, including Commercial Brokerage, Development, and Property Management.
